For the fiscal year ending November 30th, 2010, we are pleased to announce Annual Results for our two Mortgage Funds. Both funds are performing very well and there has been no loss of capital to date on any loan. For the 4th Quarter, the total net annualized return to our investors was 10.3% and 12.3% for Fund I and Fund II respectively.
The Funds continue to benefit greatly from the current lack of liquidity in the market and the highly restrictive lending practices exhibited by the major financial institutions in the markets where we are active. Consequently, we expect a continued increase in the volume of quality loan applications and generating profits from the loan sector in Canada, The Bahamas, UK and US.
