NPCMP is a Bahamas based, privately owned by David Kosoy who is licensed as a direct lender by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas under the Financial Corporate Service Providers Act, 2000. We review, accept, fund and service our own loans.

NPCMP is able to offer rates & terms that are often unavailable by other lenders. The strong funding capability enables us to provide funding immediately.

Industry Experience: NPCMP’s management team has been investing in commercial and residential real estate for over 40 years. Our team has extensive experience in the local banking, mortgage and real estate industries.
